Growing up with Music – The Rusticucci Method

 

Pedagogy and musical education (for ages 18 months to 5 years)

The course is addressed at children and their parents who want to grow up with music. Musical instruments are not necessary, yet the voice is the sole instrument. Education to singing allows every child to obtain self-confidence and consciousness of his talents.

The course envisages rhythmic, melodic and psychomotor games.

A pleasant party will end this route experienced by children and families.

Musical Propaedeutics (for ages 6 to 8)

The course includes the use of recorder, the propaedeutic instrument par excellence, because it allows moving all fingers of both hands. Apart from the musical aspect, this course helps children express their feelings through the voice: the spoken sentence, the acted sentence and the singing.

Diction, acting, rhythmic and melodic games are the main activities.

At the end of the course every child will perform in a concert and he will express his talent happily.

Introduction to the instrument (for ages 9 to 14)

The course involves the knowledge of main instruments (guitar, piano, violin and so on); lessons will be taught by our teachers.

At the end of the course every child will perform with his chosen instrument and, if he wishes, he will continue the study of the music with more awareness and determination.
