Parents and the Rusticucci Method

Parents represent further protagonists of the method. The method affirms the great importance of parents, because of their ability to listen the needs of their children. At the same time, the method asks parents to pay attention to themselves, to recognise in their children the childhood they lived.

The attention to parents is clear in the way the educator manages the relationship between student, family and educator himself. The moments of encounters between educator and parents are numerous: when educator talks about the scholar’s behaviour, when the educator calls for help in some activities, when the educator organises parties (for example at Christmas or Carnival time) or the annual performances (in June and July).
