The role of the Educator in the Rusticucci Method

Educators play a fundamental role in the Rusticucci Method. The didactic instruments are the voice, the listening, the understanding and the human relationship between educator himself and student. Teacher arranges personalised activities; he sets himself at the same level as the student and makes him feel respected and express his own thoughts, feelings and mood freely.

This is real work on each individual, that leaves out every parameter based on a system of merit. In keeping with the method, what is really harmful for growth is considering the major party to be the best, the minor one, the worst and using these benchmarks as standards of judgment of the individual. Moreover, if educator himself is not forced into those evaluations, he will use his communicative abilities to the utmost.

This is a philosophy of life, aimed at adding the value of the unique characteristics of a person (and for this reason the method can be applied to every aspect of life).
